Los Angeles based indie-en-Español band Monte Negro recently played a headlining Texas tour that included stops in Austin and San Antonio. Austin Vida sat down with the quartet to talk about the meaning behind the new EP Fugitives of Pleasure / Pasajeros. I shot some live footage as well as the interview. Monte Negro is the best "unknown" band there is. I've seen them a few of times and every time I've seen them perform, I walk away saying "Damn they're good." Too bad Austin really doesn't support them and as a result, they won't be back for a long while. Great video though.
