Lone Star is too expensive at Antone's, Ian. But it is probably my #6 or #7, if for no other reason than the lighting. My videos look beautiful at Antone's. I think more people need to know about Creekside Live (the venue's vibe is different than the bar next door).

I would also put the Mohawk at the top of my list ...

I would also put the Mohawk at the top of my list but it would be listed right next to the Parish. They have the best sound in the city and although their shows are few and far between they're always quality. Nice post though, keep up the good work.

Almost got it right my young Jedi, but Creekside instead of Antone's is a big mistake. I know it is an "older" venue without hipsters, but it is an Austin staple that caters to more than just blues and Americana. Creekside is cool, but top five? Pish posh.
